Returns and Refunds
We carefully check our products before despatch and do our best to pack them safely and securely to prevent damage in transit. However, due to the fragile nature of some of our products, damages can sometimes occur.
In the rare event that you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to arrange a replacement, or refund, if you contact us by telephone on + 353 1 2018088 within 24 hours of receipt.
In the event that you have ordered incorrect size of goods we are happy to offer you a credit note or refund on the return of goods in as new condition with correct packaging.
We will require you to provide us with images of the damaged item(s) by email to email@example.com.
